How do sessions work?

The number of sessions varies on the individual’s need. Average session lasts approximately 50 minutes. Meetings are offered face-to-face, via telephone or Skype.

Chapter One: Heart

We all may have experienced a moment in our lives when we realized what makes us tick. Even at a very young age, I knew I wanted to help people. My ingrained passion to serve others led me to become a physician. During those years, I witnessed health, sickness, death and worked with people from all walks of life. Together, those encounters strengthened my ethical behavior, my respect for the value of every human life and fostered in me a relationship-centered care approach.

Chapter Two: Perspective

When we are required to make a rational decision, it can be challenging to be objective. Our previous experiences shape our reality and limit our beliefs. I can attest to that! I have relocated countries with my husband several times, which forced me to halt my career. I struggled for a long time with seeking new ways of being of service in every country we lived. At the same time, it became an opportunity to develop respect and empathize with people from different cultures, and discover new aspects of myself that later made me pursue my coaching training.

Chapter Three: Growth

Getting out of our comfort zone takes so much work, and brings up all kinds of fears and uncertainties. But it also raises our awareness and help us recognize what issues need to be addressed, as well giving us the opportunity to assess our progress in life and to reassess in order to move forward. Here is where coaching has been a vital part of this process and a never-ending source of growth that allows me to connect to both myself and others. Together we can explore the process of growth that will allow you to connect to others and the things you deeply care about.
